A better starting point

Begin with the building, not the brochure.

Every home brings a different combination of floor plan, structure, headroom, pit depth, door arrangement and finish expectations. Our role is to make those decisions understandable and identify a lift configuration that can be delivered cleanly.

We offer options for builder-formed shafts and self-supporting framed lifts, including glazed finishes where the lift is intended to become an architectural feature.

This construction-stage example shows how the motor and controller are positioned at the lowest landing for TP and G Series lifts. The final installation is coordinated into the wall and shaft area before the surrounding finishes are completed.

The exact arrangement and required access are confirmed on the project-specific lift drawings.

This construction-stage photo shows the compact motor positioned across the counterweight guide rails at the top of a CP Series lift shaft. The flat suspension belts can also be seen running through the upper drive arrangement.

Strong inside. Quiet outside.

CP Series lifts use flat suspension belts containing multiple high-strength steel cords. A durable outer coating provides a smooth running surface, helping reduce operating noise while maintaining the strength required to support the lift.

The equipment remains within the shaft, with the final arrangement confirmed on the project-specific lift drawings.
